Scott Pollard is the trustee of the Winslow Maxwell Charitable Trust, a major donor to the SBCC Foundation. He leads the real estate transactional division of the law firm of Wright Finlay & Zak in Newport Beach. In his more than 35 years of experience, Scott has represented major developers, property owners, tenants, businesses, and entrepreneurs in their real estate and business matters. Prior to establishing his own law firm and real estate development/investment business in 1990, Scott was the president of Signal Development and senior vice president of Signal Landmark, being responsible for all commercial/industrial development. He also served as regional counsel for the western United States for Homart Development (the development arm of Sears and Coldwell Banker) and as executive vice president and general counsel for Arnel Development/Management Companies.
Scott received his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California, and his law degree at Pepperdine School of Law. He is a licensed California real estate broker, past president of the Commercial Industrial Development Association, and former advisory board member of the California Business Properties Association.
Born and raised in Southern California, Scott lives in Newport Beach with his wife Arlynne. They have a daughter and son who live in Southern California.
