With more than 30 years of financial investment experience, Ken Pash is currently engaged in the management of personal assets including investments in marketable securities, partnerships, and real estate. Previously, he was the president and chief executive officer for Gardner & Preston Moss, where he was an integral part of building the firm from less than $100 million under management to $3.5 billion. He also served as the vice president and fund manager for Putnam Management Company, where he was responsible for starting an equity fund, and growing it to $150 million. Ken began his professional career as an analyst and portfolio manager for Occidental Life Insurance Company.
Always willing to give back to his community, Ken is currently a member of the board of directors for the Scholarship Foundation of Santa Barbara, in addition to serving on its Investment Committee. He also sits on the Investment Committee for the Music Academy of the West. Ken has been a member of the SBCC Foundation Board of Directors since 2001, and a member of its Investment Committee since 2003. He is a past president for the Ennisbrook Owners Association; a past chairman for the Design Review Board; and a former board member for Surgical Eye Expeditions.
