Jennifer LeMay is the Director of Marketing and Communications for the SBCC Foundation. In this role, she develops marketing and communications strategies to increase public awareness of the Foundation, provides direction and design for foundation publications, advertisements and social media, and is responsible for and print and online communications.
Jennifer has worked in marketing and visual communications for two decades. Her experience includes managing and serving as creative director for J. LeMay Studios, providing communication strategy and design services that include branding and identity development, advertising, web and print design. She enjoys working with businesses and organizations that contribute to a better world through environmental and social work, education, advocacy, and the arts. Previously, she served as marketing and communications manager at Yardi Systems, a real estate software company based in Santa Barbara.
Jennifer has served as an adjunct faculty member at Santa Barbara City College, having first taught in Multimedia Arts and Technologies and later in the Graphic Design department. She enjoys working with students to further their design skills, and helping them pursue a career in the visual communications field. She is also a contributing writer for Edible Santa Barbara magazine.
Jennifer holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
