Luna Pate has a long connection to SBCC. She completed high school through the SBCC Middle College program in 2015, then attended SBCC before transferring. She completed her BA in Liberal Arts from Antioch University (2020) where she explored her love for creative writing and literature.
In the spring of 2021 Luna returned to SBCC as a writing tutor in DSPS. She has a strong passion for supporting students through the writing process and advocating for those with seen and unseen challenges. Luna is grateful to be part of the SBCC Foundation team.
