Victoria was born and raised in Simi Valley, CA, and attended Santa Barbara City College before transferring to UC Santa Barbara and receiving her B.A. in Psychology. Victoria has a strong devotion to the nonprofit sector and is passionate about philanthropy, public service, and creating change at a local level. Victoria is a skilled and experienced fundraising professional with a successful track record in developing and implementing fundraising strategies for corporate and non-profit organizations.
With 5 years of experience in the industry, Victoria has a deep understanding of the fundraising landscape and is adept at identifying and securing funding from a variety of sources, including individual donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors. Prior to joining the SBCC Foundation Victoria worked as the Supervisor of Workplace & Corporate Development at United Way of Santa Barbara County, where she gained extensive experience in all fundraising efforts, including the development and execution of annual campaigns, fundraising events, and stewardship of donor relationships.
Victoria is a member of the Young Leaders Society and is committed to staying current on best practices in the fundraising industry.
